Marketing Generalist

Desolverse is looking for a Marketing Generalist to join our team and take ownership of marketing activities across the organization.

About the Role

Desolverse is a design and technology studio operating at the intersection of execution and education.

Through Desolverse Labs, we partner with organizations to design, engineer, and scale high-impact digital products and solutions. Through Desolverse Learn, we train aspiring designers and engineers using the practical, industry-tested skills developed inside our studio.

As our Marketing Generalist, you will help position, document, and grow both arms — from B2B client case studies and outbound outreach for Labs, to community content and enrollment campaigns for Learn.

The role involves content, digital marketing, outreach, campaigns, lead generation, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage content and digital presence across relevant platforms
• Develop case studies, project stories, and promotional content
• Conduct market research, outreach, and lead-generation activities
• Manage enquiries, leads, and marketing initiatives
• Track marketing performance and continuously improve marketing processes

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content, growth, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Good understanding of digital marketing and content
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Interest in technology, design, business, and emerging digital tools
• Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate them clearly
• Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, outreach, LinkedIn marketing, SEO, CRM, analytics, or campaign management is a plus.
